Meet Your Trainer

Kristen Galdamez is a 100-hour certified Conscious Connected Breathwork Facilitator and the founder of Ritual Wellness Collective, a space she opened in April 2024 to make wellness accessible, inclusive, and authentic. After years in the corporate world left her feeling burnt out, unfulfilled, and out of balance, Kristen sought a path that aligned with her passion for helping others reconnect with themselves and create harmony in their lives.
At Ritual Wellness Collective, Kristen has created a space where wellness is personal and adaptable, recognizing that what works for one person may not work for another. She believes that balance isn’t about perfection, but about finding daily practices that support your unique needs. Her mission is to empower individuals to become their own healers by offering diverse tools like breathwork, movement, and mindfulness practices—helping them create rituals that nurture their mind, body, and soul.
Known for her compassionate and approachable style, Kristen guides individuals with care, meeting them exactly where they are on their wellness journey. Her greatest joy is helping others find their own rhythm, reconnect with their inner strength, and move forward in their healing journeys.
